➻ Why are the shipping prices a bit higher than before?
Shipping prices are calculated based on packaging items purchased and estimated shipping costs. I adjusted the shipping price to adhere to all costs to prevent any issues down the line.

Please note that I might ask for an additional charge if it exceeds the base shipping price!

➻ Do you offer international shipping?

I currently offer to ship in Canada! Please keep in mind any external charges are not in my control and will be independent of each country's fees. There are instances were some countries might not accept overseas packages due to restrictions from COVID or other reasons. I apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.  

➻ When will my order arrive?

Domestic orders take 3-7 business days. If there are any issues, I will contact you.

➻ What happens if my package is lost?

Unfortunately, everything past the post office is out of my control. I will do my best to contact carriers to locate your package, but it doesn't guarantee anything. I can offer a refund or resend another package if there is stock. 

➻ Do you accept returns?

No, if we mailed the incorrect items, don't hesitate to get in touch with me!

➻ Do you take group orders?

I have not yet done group orders. Please get in touch with me if you are interested so I know how to pack your orders, as well as adjust shipping.

➻ Are any items being discountiuned? 

If certain items gain popularity, they will likely be restocked. Otherwise, the series will be discontinued until further notice. Once everything is sold out, I will most likely send out a form to gather feedback and estimate what was liked and disliked.
